There is a soft spot in my heart for kitsch, but I try to be a little careful about what I spend (waste? no…) my money on. Thanks to the inspiration of my friend Katie, though, I’m adding things to the world, rather than just consuming them. Check out the bookshelf we built (her Christmas present for her boyfriend).
